It uses the word "make out" one time in a friendly manor. Mild drinking, and no sex, but a MILD kissing refrance. It is a song all people can relate to about first loves, and being heartbroken. It is about realizing mistakes, facing facts, and falling in love. But the parts with a good message say - "I'm not sticking around to watch you go down." _ Next song is my favorite on the album titled The One That Got Away. LIKE I SAID, no kids or tween without a clean version! It says- "Wanna be your lover, not your f*cking mother," "You had the world in the palm of your hand but you f*cking choked," and "You fall asleep during 4play cause the pills you take,". 14! 14! 14! Does it have a good message? Yes and no, it has some insults straight out, but it is about walking away, and admitting that you can't make a relationship get better when it can't. This is a song just like Peacock just without the sex. 14 is defenitly the age! It says "I wanna see your peacock, c*ck, c*ck", "Come on baby let me see what your hiding underneith," and "I'll bet there beautiful, be brave, stop acting like a beyotch." The following track is Circle the Drain. Is it OK for kids? NO! 14 is the album age and it still is iffy. It also has minor swears calling somebody a beyotch, but it doesn't say the word. The sex isn't nessisarly used in the wrong way, but it is to straight out. It is about wanting to see a boy's balls. Is it Okay for kids? Totally, it is one of those songs that i recomend that kids listen to! It says "Your origenal can not be replaced", "After a hurricane, is a rainbow", "Theres still chance for you.", and "Show em' what your worth". It is about being you, loving you, and ignoring bullies. This is one of the best and cleanest tracks. But it is kinda catchy and some parts are tame and the sex in this song isn't always used in the wrong way. This song mentions skinny dipping, drinking, doing bad things again and again, getting arested, having sex, and breaking and ripping stuff. Is it apropriate for kids? No, you should be 14, because some of the lines are- "There's a kicky or a bruise", "We got kicked out of that bar", and "We went sipping in the park". There isn't a good message in all of that. This song is about sex, drinking, and breaking the laws.
Track 2 is Last Friday Night - Does it have a good message? No. This song uses sex in the proper way, not in the money making way. And some over the top romance, but stuff that won't bug parents. It does have a mild refrance to drinking, but just one. Is it still apropriate for kids? I'd say tweens 10 - 11. There is mild sexual content, but in a good apropriate mannor. This song is about true love, happiness, and finding a perfect match to make you happy. I'll list each song on the album and what is bad about it.hope it will help lots! Teenage Dream is the first song - Does it have a good message? Yes. I am going to see her concert soon and I am bringing my friend's daughter who is 11, but she is mature, and I think maybe you should be like 12 to listen to most of the songs.
